De-commissioning by qualified engineering teams ~ Our team of highly skilled and experienced desktop and system engineers will perform any necessary system backups and pre-move system checks before shutting down systems in a fully controlled manner.
Disassembly and breakdown ~ Where systems and system cabinets need to be disassembled prior to relocation, our engineers will remove server, UPS system and other system peripherals and pack these items complete with cabling accessories ready for re-installation.
Packing and Protection ~ Systems are packed in protective crates, where size allows, with protective wrapping being used in all cases regardless of equipment size.
Physical Relocation ~ Working with our specialist transport provider, equipment is transported between locations on dedicated, specialist transportation, often benefiting from air ride suspension. CCOMM IT provides all necessary removal equipment to take equipment from location to location, including stair lifters, trolleys and other specialist equipment that is sometimes necessary.
Re-installation & Re-commissioning ~ Relocated systems will be installed as per plan, connected to the relevant infrastructure supplies such as power and networking and fully tested in accordance with an agreed test plan.
